Adding Teachers/Staff

If your competition has enabled teacher/staff passes, you will see a Teachers/Staff link in the main menu bar.

Clicking this link will take you to the Teachers/Staff page, when you can use the "Add Teacher/Staff" button to add a new teacher/staff member to your account.

Add Teacher/Staff Member

Once you have added a teacher/staff member you can request their pass by clicking the "Request Pass" button, to cancel their pass click the "Cancel Pass" button.

Request Pass

You will see a tick in the Comp Pass column for the teacher/staff member name if a pass has been requested for them.

These teachers/staff members will belong to your account so you will only need to use the "Request Pass" for them on other competition portals that allow you to request passes for teachers/staff members.
